During this process, the consultant will make every effort to gain an understanding of organisational goals and culture, position description, preferred candidate profile and sector challenges.

They will determine such details as preferred candidate skills, education, experience and personal qualities. Once the assignment specification is drafted in detail and signed off by the client, Glasshouse Talent™ will begin research to find the talent.
