Follow up:

Our consultants are diligent about post-placement follow-up. We'll call both the employer and the employee personally to ensure all is well at the end of months one, two and three.

Furthermore, we'll give both parties the opportunity to complete a brief satisfaction survey after placement.

This feedback is invaluable in enabling us to hone our service delivery.
